Fungsi Excel ACOSH mengembalikan kosinus hiperbolik terbalik suatu angka. Mengingat input 2.0, fungsi mengembalikan nilai 1.316957897. Mengingat komponen x dari suatu titik yang terletak di cabang kanan hiperbola satuan yang diberikan oleh persamaan x² - y² = 1, fungsi ACOSH mengembalikan sudut hiperbolik yang dibentuk oleh titik tersebut.
